Delft Aerospace Rocket Engineering (DARE) is the rocketry association of the TU Delft. I joined DARE in the first year of my Bachelor's, and worked on a number of different projects.
If you're a first-year student in Delft looking to join DARE, I'd recommend you apply for the Small Rocket Project (sign-up normally opens around February).
The largest scale project I worked on in DARE, building and testing a LOX-ethanol liquid engine.
I worked part time on the electronics in the first year of Sparrow, and returned to testing in later years as a Safety Officer.

CSL v7
Educational project for high school students, part of ESA's education outreach
Students are challenged to build a can-sized satellite. DARE builds & operates the rockets to launch the CanSats
I worked on the flight computer for the CanSat Launcher, as well as reviewing reports from the CanSat teams.
We work with a variety of hazards in DARE, including pyrotechnics, pressurized systems and cryogenics. As such, there a dedicated safety organization.
The Safety Board includes up to 10 Safety Officers, experienced members who are able to supervise tests with hazardous activities. I was an SO from 2023 to 2025.
